Installation of Center Rail and Floor Plate Assembly.
(1) Assemble center rail assembly (3) to four support braces (5) and cross brace (6)
using 4 3/8-16X3-inch hex bolts (11), 4 3/8-16X2-1/2-inch hex bolts (12), 16 3/8-
inch washers (13), and 8 3/8-16-inch locknuts (14), figure 2-47.
(2) Using 9/16-inch wrench, tighten all 3/8-inch bolts from steps e through g until snug
plus 1/4 turn.
(3) Assemble floor plate (4) onto center rail assembly (3) using 8 3/8-16X3-inch bolts
(11), 16 3/8-inch washers (13), and 8 3/8-16-inch washers (14). Ensure "THIS SIDE
UP" faces the roof of the SUSV.
(4) Tighten all remaining bolts from step h as described in step (2).
