Installation of Cross Brace Assembly
NOTE
When installing the cross brace assembly, the bolts must be installed with the
heads on the brace side and the nuts on the frame side, figure 2-46.
(1) Assemble cross brace (6) to rail assembly using two 3/8-16X3-inch hex bolts (11), two
3/8-16X2-1/2-inch hex bolts (12), eight 3/8-inch washers (13), and four 3/8-16-inch locknuts (14),
(2) Do not tighten bolts completely to allow for adjustment.
