3-13. Entering Initial Position (UTM or Geodetic) - Continued
(7) If displayed coordinates are correct, press Y. Update is completed and INFO: POSITION UPDATE
COMPLETED is displayed with function key line F2-NEW, F3-SEL PT., and F9-EXIT.
(8) If displayed coordinates are incorrect, press any other key to reject the update. Then press F2 to enter
coordinates for a new point, paragraph 3-13c, or press FNC DEL, to clear PNT NAME field and then
(9) If displayed data are correct, press F9 to return to menu. Wait until alignment is complete before
moving the vehicle.

Perform the following steps to search for a point by name from POINT LIST, paragraph 3-28a.
(1) From MENU screen press F3-UPDT.
(2) Press F1-UPDT-PB.
(3) Scroll cursor down to PNT NAME and type in a point name that is already in the point list
(e.g. point GEORGE).
