c.
An "E" in position and altitude indicates the radial or total distance traveled limit was exceeded or the
travel time between ZUPTs was exceeded. The STATUS page will identify the cause. Accuracy can be
restored by performing a position update at a known SCP. If exceeding the 4TH order ZUPT interval
caused the error indication, the operator may elect to switch to 5TH order survey if the reduced accuracy is
acceptable for the mission.
d.
An "E" in azimuth of a 2-position azimuth mark indicates the distance between points was not at least 100
meters or the travel time between points was too long. This can be corrected by deleting the point from
POINT LIST and repeating the mark.
3-20. Data Recall.
IPADS assigns a point name (which may be changed by the user) to identify the data when a mark or update is
completed.
a. The points may be reviewed in the POINT LIST page by pressing F7 in the MENU, MAP, or
NAVIGATION AID pages.
b.
Point filter sets the type of points shown on POINT LIST page. Point filter type is displayed in fourth field
of mode line and on POINT LIST page. Press F4 until desired point filter type is displayed.
c.
The point name appears in the NAME column of the list.
d.
Scroll up or down the list until the point name is found.
NOTE
When UTM coordinates were recorded for a zone overlap area, they will be
displayed for the zone (normal or extended) for which they were established.
