(1) Move stereoscope to approximate viewing height by loosening post

clamp lock knob and raising or lowering stereoscope mount.

(2) Loosen X-direction locking thumbscrew, and move stereoscope left or
u n t i l p o s i t i o n i s c o r r e c t . Then tighten X-direction locking thumbscrew.

( 3 ) L o o s e n Y - d i r e c t i o n l o c k i n g t h u m b s c r e w , a n d move stereoscope forward or
backward until correct. Then tighten Y-direction locking thumbscrew.
(4) Focus stereoscope by moving focusing knobs to raise or lower stereoscope.
