3-4. 10 POWER TO DDSS SHELTER.
WARNING
Use extreme caution when performing checks or maintenance at or near power entrance box and power
distribution box. Failure to do so may result in death or serious injury.
Step 1. Check to see if cable is properly connected at DDSS power entrance box and generator. Reconnect
cable connectors.
Step 2. Check to see if there are loose, broken, or corroded cable connectors/cable.
Report loose, broken, or corroded cable connectors/cable to Unit Maintenance.
CAUTION
Do not energize DDSS power if voltage or frequency are incorrect. Damage to equipment may result.
Step 3. Observe voltage/frequency meter on power distribution box. Frequency must be in range between 50Hz
and 70Hz. Voltage must be in range between 110V and 125V.
Notify Unit Maintenance for service to the power source.
Step 4. Check position of main switch.
Reset main switch to on (up) position.
Notify Unit Maintenance if malfunction persists.
