Inspect power cable for cracks, breaks, or frayed wiring.

Check that external power is being provided.

RESISTANCE (BINDING) FELT WHEN EXPANDING SIDES ARE EXPANDING.
Check inclinometers to see if Section is level.

Remove exterior obstructions or move Section.
Check that sides are expanding evenly.
