Troubleshooting
MALFUNCTION
TEST OR INSPECTION
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
NO ELECTRICAL POWER TO EQUIPMENT.
Check that equipment power switch is ON.
Step 1.
Turn ON equipment power switch.
Step 2.
Check that electrical plug is connected to wall outlet.
Plug in.
Step 3.
Check that MAIN 60Hz. POWER switch is in ON position.
Turn MAIN 60Hz. POWER switch to ON position.
Step 4.
Inspect load center for circuit breaker in OFF position.
Reset circuit breaker.
Check that circuit breaker does not trip repeatedly.
Step 5.
If malfunction still exists, notify your supervisor.
2.
NO ELECTRICAL POWER TO SECTION.
Step 1. Check that MAIN 60Hz. POWER switch is in ON position.
Turn MAIN 60Hz. POWER switch to ON position.
WARNING
HIGH VOLTAGE. Do not perform electrical
maintenance or make electrical connections/
disconnections at power entry panel while
power cable is energized. Death or serious
injury may result.
Step 2. Check that power cable is firmly connected at power entry
panel.
Reconnect power cable.
