Tighten the bolt during the upstroke of the knife.

Repeat steps s and t until no more ai r bubbles are present in the

During a cutting cycle, loosen the capnut on the P2 block.
Press the ball away from the seating so that fluid can flow out until it

is free of air bubbles.

Retighten capnut.
Using a flashlight, check the fluid inside the pillar for air bubbles.

If air bubbles or foam are present, this is an indication of a leaking
pipe or fitting. Retighten fittings.
Turn off power.

(1) Turn Star-Delta switch to Y position, then to O position.
(2) Turn main power switch to O position.
(3) Using operator key, lock the safety lock.

Remove all rags around underside of cutter.
Reinstall clamp piston cover plate.

Reinstall hydraulic system cover plate and secure with bolts.

Reinstall right pillar cover.
ae.
Reinstall front electronics enclosure cover.
