d. Rotate pulley to the right until V-belt is free.

Repeat above steps for second V-belt.
f. Install new V-belt on motor pulley and as much as possible on bottom of
spindle pulley.
With ratchet and socket, rotate pulley to the right until V-belt is on.
g.
h.
Repeat steps f. and g. for remaining V-belt.
i.
Reinstall backgauge V-belt cover.
Place operator key back into safety lock.
