Check to be sure OMI bulb and lenses are adjusted properly.

Check backgauge guiding rails for dirt or dryness.
(a) If guiding rails are dirty or dry, clean and oil backgauge
rails (paragraph 5-11).
(b) If malfunction persists, refer to direct/general support
maintenance.
