2-9. Install IPADS in UH-60 Helicopter Continued
d. Install UH-60 CDU Assembly onto Frame.
(1) Obtain UH-60 CDU mount assembly, bolts, and washers.
(2) Position assembly as shown in figure 2-25.
(3) Align indexer holes with frame holes. Note that UH-60 indexer has two threaded inserts installed on
one side of bracket.
(4) Verify correct bracket orientation with respect to frame.
(5) Insert bolt and washer through indexer assembly and frame. Hand tighten bolts until threads engage
with threaded inserts.
(6) Using 1/2-inch wrench, tighten bolts until snug.
(7) Attach CDU to CDU mount assembly by aligning two pins located on CDU mount assembly with
CDU and secure using two locking latches on back of CDU mount assembly, figures 2-20 and 2-21.
