4-11. NO POWER TO DDSS SHELTER.
WARNING
Use extreme caution when performing checks or maintenance at or near power entrance box and power
distribution box. Failure to do so may result in death or serious injury.
Turn off main switch, before checking or replacing fuses. Failure to do so may result in death or serious
injury.
Check fuse for continuity.
Replace defective fuse. (Refer to paragraph 4-28).
4-12. FLUORESCENT LIGHTS DO NOT WORK.

Use extreme caution when performing checks or maintenance at or near electrical power. Failure to do so
may result in death or serious injury.
Step 1. Test fluorescent light switch for continuity. Replace fluorescent light switch. (Refer to paragraph 4-25).
Step 2. Test fluorescent light circuit breaker for continuity. Replace fluorescent light circuit breaker. (Refer to
paragraph 4-24).
If continuity exists at circuit breaker, replace starter (refer to paragraph 4-31) or ballast (refer to
paragraph 4-30).
