CAUTION
Do not turn on main circuit breaker if incorrect phase lamp lights. Damage to equipment may result.

Check voltage and frequency as follows:
(a)
Push phase test switch. Observe correct phase lamp lights.
(b)
Turn phase switch to A.
CAUTION
Voltage must be between 110 and 120, and frequency must be at 60 1 Hz on each leg before turning on
main circuit breaker or damage to equipment may result.
(c)
Read voltage on meter.
(d)
Read frequency on scale.
(e)
Repeat for positions B and C on phase switch.

Set main circuit breaker ON.
NOTE
This step must be accomplished if section is placed into operation in darkness, fog, mist, or under blackout
conditions.
