(4) Insert cable pin into pulley hole so that long end (crimped end)
can be draped out of way over top of upper deck.
(5) Wrap short end (looped end) of cable, four turns around pulley
wrapping away from body and right of pin.
(6) Holding long end with one hand, pull shorter end of cable until
four turns are wound on pulley to left of pin. Tape these four
windings down securely.
( 7 ) Thread long end around pulleys 1, 2, and 3 and from pulley 3 under
tray to pulley 4.
