PLOTTER IS TOTALLY INOPERATIVE. PEN WILL NOT MOVE.
WARNING
Death or serious injury may occur from electrical shock. Be careful not
to contact high-voltage connections of 115 V ac.
Step 1.
Check line voltage at outlet.
(a) If voltage is present, proceed to step 2.
(b) Refer to paragraph 3-28b.
