Check fuse for continuity.
(a) If continuity is present, proceed to step 3.

Check that line voltage selection switches are set to 120 V.

(a) If line voltage selection switches are correct, proceed to

settings.
Check that power supply outputs are correct.

Open plotter. Check that platen wiring connector is tight.
