a. Remove. (Cont'd)
CAUTION
Support emergency light assembly when removing from wall. Failure to do so may result in damage to
equipment.

Remove two mounting screws (5), two lock washers (6), and two flat washers (7) securing light assembly to wall
and remove emergency light assembly (4).
b. Replace.
1.
Align emergency light assembly (4) with holes in shelter wall.
2.
Secure with two mounting screws (5), lock washers (6) and flat washers (7).
3.
Close cover (3) and tighten screws (2).
4.
Connect power cord (1).
5.
Test operate emergency light assembly.
c. Repair. Repair of the emergency light is limited to replacement of batteries.
1.
Unplug power cord (1).
2.
Remove screws (2) and open cover (3).
3.
Disconnect red wire (4) from positive terminal (5) and black wire (6) from negative terminal (7).
4.
Remove batteries (8).
