5.
Remove jumper wire (9) from battery positive terminal (10) and negative terminal (11).
6.
Install jumper wire (9) on battery to positive terminal (10) and negative terminal (11).
7.
Install batteries (8) in emergency light.
8.
Install black wire (6) to negative terminal (7) and red wire (4) on positive terminal (5).
9.
Close cover (3) and secure with screws (2).
10.
Plug in power cord (1).
11.
Test operate emergency light.
