Replace BACK LIGHTS switch if defective (paragraph
4-16.2).
3. BACK LIGHTS LIGHT, BUT ONE OR MORE FLUORESCENT LAMPS DO NOT LIGHT.
Check for defective ballast.
Replace defective ballast (paragraph 4-16.4).
