Paper jam is near cleaner blade.
Remove jam (paragraph 3-6.2.3).
Step 4.
Cleaner blade has nicks in edge.
(a) Reverse blade (paragraph 3-20.50).
(b) Replace blade (paragraph 3-20.50).
Step 5.
Cleaner blade is improperly adjusted.
Adjust blade (paragraph 3-20.50).
Step 6.
Photosensitive drum has scratches on its surface.
Replace drum (paragraph 3-20.48).

Loose separation belt assembly.
