Replace PCA A4.
WARNING
Death or serious injury may occur from electrical shock unless power cord
is unplugged before servicing.
(1)
Remove PCA A5 (paragraph 3-29.7c).
(2)
Remove PCA A6 (paragraph 3-29.7d).
(3)
Tag and disconnect all wiring.
(4)
Tag and unplug all disconnects.
(5)
R e m o v e two screws from top of power panel frame.
(6)
Remove five screws and defective board.
(7)
Remove two screws and rear retaining bracket.
(8)
Remove two screws and power panel.
(9)
Reinstall power panel and rear retaining bracket on new PCA A4.
(10)
Install new A4 assembly into plotter and secure with five screws.
(11)
Reconnect
wiring.
(12)
Plug in disconnects.
