a l l l a b e l i n g a n d l e t t e r i n g o p e r a t i o n s . C h a r a c t e r set is
automatically set whenever plotter is initialized.
NOTE
Plotter, when initialized, automatically speci-
fies ANSI-ASCII character set (set ) as both
" s t a n d a r d " a n d " a l t e r n a t e " s e t s . The p c l r
s t a t e m e n t , however, designates 9825 character
s e t (set 1) as standard set and set as alter-
nate set.
Following keys are used to switch from
standard character set to alternate set and back:
S e l e c t standard set = SHIFT F2
S e l e c t a l t e r n a t e s e t = S H I F T F3
Shown below are characters contained in set .
These characters correspond to those on computer
They are shown in order (from left to
right) of decimal-equivalent value of their ASCII
codes (32-126).
