Remove a l l i n t e r f a c e c a b l e s .

Open the plotter.

Apply power to the plotter.

S e t the SELF TEST switch S4-2 to the on position.

P r e s s the RESET switch S5 pushbutton (red).

The self-test LEDs will flash sequentially as a lamp test.

P r e s s the CONTINUE switch S3 pushbutton (green).

The test will run to the end of the automatic tests or to a fault
indication.
T o continue after any error, press the CONTINUE push-
button S3 (green).

The self-test LEDs will flash in unison when the automatic tests are
complete or indicate the binary number of the failed step if one is
found.
