Remove power cord from defective fan assembly.
Install new fan.
Install new power cord.
Connect wires with wire nuts and remove tags.
Tighten cable clamp screws.
R e i n s t a l l c o v e r.
Secure with screws.
Reinstall fan assembly. Secure with screws .
Plug in power cord.
