(b) When FAST (SLEW) speed is selected, 115 V ac is applied to relay
1CR, energizing it.
The normally closed contacts of 1CR open, and the normally open
contacts of 1CR close.
This connects to SLEW speed potentiometer to the dc output of
the motor control.
