Sink thermostat.
Controls temperature of water in sink. Monitors water
temperature through a liquid-filled copper element connected to a diaphragm. The
diaphragm operates contacts which energize the heater or open solenoid valve in the
r e f r i g e r a t i o n s y s t e m .

C o n t r o l s t h e t e m p e r a t u r e i n t h e r e f r i g e r a t i o n c a b i n e t .
A c t i v a t e s t h e s o l e n o i d v a l v e i n t h e r e f r i g e r a n t l i n e t o a l l o w l i q u i d r e f r i g e r a n t to
flow to the cabinet evaporator.

Master switch for the processing sink. With the switch on,
