Inspect security of mountings on pumps. Tighten
bolts as necessary.

Inspect motor leads for visible damage.
4. Reinstall pump covers and right side panel.
Inspect Flowmeter.

Inspect flowmeter for visible damage.

I n s p e c t f l o w m e t e r f o r v i s i b i l i t y o f g r a d u a t i o n s a nd
obstructions. Clean glass shield with cheesecloth
and glass cleaner.
Inspect Flowmeter and Check Flow Rates_.
NOTE
Flowmeter adjustment reference data must be
g e n e r a t e d a t i n i t i a l s t a r t u p o f t h e p r o c e s s i n g
unit. This data shall be retained and used as
the standard for quarterly adjustment.

Remove left side panel.

Fasten disconnected tubes so that the ends
are higher than the solution levels in the
tank or damage to equipment may occur.
