Set main circuit breaker ON.
NOTE
This step must be accomplished if section is placed into operation in darkness, fog, mist, or
under blackout conditions.

Close blackout curtains, if required.
(17)
Turn on circuit breakers in following order:
(a)
Individual lighting.
(b)
Curbside and roadside air conditioners/heaters.
(c)
Curbside and roadside receptacles.
(18)
Connect telephone lines to corresponding interior binding posts.
