Bottom ground rod must be numbered or identified so
that it will always be the first ground rod driven.
4. Select an area as close as possible to power entry panel (1) for
ground rod installation. Attach the first ground rod (2) and coupling (3)
to the slide hammer rod (4). Make sure that rods meet inside coupling.
Hand tighten collar (5) snugly against locknut (6).
