b. Inspect. To inspect for wear, check gears for backlash using a dial gage. Nominal backlash
for the impression cylinder is between 0.03 mm and 0.05 mm.
c. Repair. Replace worn or damaged components.
d. Install.

(a) Position sheet guides (1) on support bar (2) and install spring pins (3).
(b) Install support bar (2) with four socket-head screws (4).
