Equipment Condition
Paper pallet removed (TM 5-3610-286-10)
Paper stop removed (para. 2-58)
a. Test. Test the suction drum limit switch in accordance with the procedures given in
para. 2-16, a.
b. Replace. (figure 2-136)

Remove two mounting screws (1) and drop switch down to allow access to terminals.
Loosen two captive screws (2) and open hinged switch cover (3).
Loosen two retaining screws (4). Tag electrical leads (5) position identification and
remove them.
Twist cable collar (6) clockwise and pull cable (7) out of switch.
Insert electrical leads (5) into switch and twist cable collar (6) counterclockwise to secure
cable (7).
Install leads (5) as tagged and tighten screws (4).
Close hinged cover (3) and tighten two captive screws (2).
Install switch with two mounting screws (1).

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE:
Install paper stop (para. 2-58).
