a. Remove. (figure 2-12)

Remove transit screw (1) and lift foot step (2).
Remove hex-head bolt (3) from inside belt guard (4).
Remove socket-head bolt (5) and spacer (6).
Remove socket-head bolt (7) from front of belt guard (4).
Remove two hex-head bolts (8).
Remove hex-head bolt (9).
Using two persons, remove belt guard (4).
