CAUTION
To prevent damage to electrical components, the multicolor phototube must be unplugged for
initial check.

Unplug multicolor phototube from extension cord.

Press main selector button. Lamp will light.

Press START switch and check for proper operation of camera lamps and shutter.
NOTE
Red lamp over HIGHLIGHT selector button will light when HIGHLIGHT selector button is pressed.

Press HIGHLIGHT selector button.
(7)
Press START switch and check for proper operation of camera lamps and shutter.
NOTE
Red lamp over FLASH selector switch will light when FLASH selector switch is pushed down.

Set left FLASH unit dial to 1.

Push FLASH selector switch down.

Set screen switch to GLASS. If red lamp will not stay on, turn flash dial to right until NO FLASH part of dial
wing is turned past lighted reference lamp. Push FLASH selector down again.

Press START switch and check for proper operation of flash lamp and shutter.

Press main selector button.

Set left main unit dial to 1.

Place FOCUS switch to FOCUS and check lamps and shutter for proper operation.

Turn off FOCUS switch.

Turn PILOTS switch on remote control to PILOTS and repeat steps (1) through (11) using remote control
unit.

If any check-out step fails, recheck camera electrical circuits. When
all steps are satisfactory, instrument is ready for calibration.

Plug multicolor phototube into extension cord.
