Buttons. Buttons are controls that initiate a process (e.g. deleting maps.) A button will be disabled or
inactive until the minimum requirements for initiating the process have been met (e.g. all required input
fields have been filled.) A button is disabled or inactive if the text is a "ghost" image of normal text. A
button is enabled if the text appears normal. A button is active when a box surrounds the text. Active
buttons also are enabled.
(1) Click on an enabled or active button to initiate the process.
(2) Alternately, press the Enter key to initiate the process for an active button.
(3) No operation will result from clicking on a disabled button.

d. Radio buttons. Radio buttons are grouped and displayed as circles followed by a legend or pull-down box.
Only one radio button in a group may be selected. A radio button is disabled or inactive if the color of the
circle is the same as the background color and the text is a "ghost" image of normal text. A radio button is
enabled, but not selected, if the circle color is white and text appears normal. A radio button is selected if
the circle color is black. A radio button is active when a box surrounds the text. Active radio buttons also
are selected.
(1) Click on an enabled radio button to select it.
(2) Alternately:
(a) Press the Tab key until a radio button in the desired group becomes active.
(b) Use the up, down, left, right arrow keys to change the selected radio button to a different one in
the same group.
(3) No operation will result from clicking on a disabled or already selected radio button.

Drop-down boxes. Drop-down boxes are use to pick Import and Export drives from a list. Perform the
following steps to initialize or change the contents of a drop-down box.
(1) Click on the arrow at the right side of the box. The list of available drives will drop down.
(2) Click on the desired drive in the drop-down list. The list will close and the selected drive will be
displayed and highlighted in the box.

List boxes. The names of maps in the source or destination are displayed in list boxes. The list boxes can
display up to three columns of map names. If the number of names exceeds the viewable area, a scroll bar
is displayed at the bottom of the list box to allow access to additional columns. Map names must be
