Using pinned tubular wrench (fig. E-1,

worm ball is made.
Apply grease (item 6, appx D) to new

washer (65) and install in recess in
externally threaded ring (66).
Using pinned tubular wrench (fig. E-1,

(66), washer side first, until contact with
worm shaft cap (64) is made. Setscrews
(67 and 68) will be tightened during
backlash adjustments.
