Turn azimuth knob and set azimuth scale and
azimuth micrometer scale to known azimuth.
Open covers on orienting knobs and turn orienting
knobs to rotate the aiming circle until the reticle
vertical centerline alines with the known point.
Close covers on orienting knobs.
