4-4. UNPACKING. Avoid damaging transit cases, reusable containers, and tent bags and retain for storage and transit.
4-5. INSPECTION. Inspect DDSS as follows:
a.
Inspect equipment for damage incurred during shipment. If equipment has been damaged, report damage on SF
Form 364, Report of Discrepancy.
b.
Check equipment against packing slip to see if shipment is complete. Report all discrepancies in accordance
with instructions of DA PAM 738-750.
c.
Check the following individual operational items for damage and completeness:
