5-12.3 Replace Ballast Transformer - Continued

Remove glass surface and set aside.

Remove screws and back cover panel.

Remove screws and defective ballast transformer.
g.
Disconnect and tag wires from ballast transformer.
INSTALLATION:
a.
Connect wiring on new ballast transformer, and remove tags.
b .
Install new ballast transformer, and secure with screws.
c.
Reinstall back cover panel, and secure with screws.
d.
R e i n s t a l l g l a s s s u r f a c e.
e.
Turn clips 90° to secure glass surface.
f .
Reinstall screws on clips.
Tighten all screws.
g.
Plug in power cord, and turn power ON.
