5-12.1 Replace Power Switch - Continued
REMOVAL:
WARNING
ELECTRICAL SHOCK
Unplug power cord before servicing the

Turn power OFF, and unplug power cord.

Remove one screw from each of four clips.
Loosen other
screws.

Turn clips 90° t o l e f t o r r i g h t.

Remove glass surface and set aside.

Remove screws and front cover panel.
f .
Remove washers and bezel nut from power switch.
NOTE
Ground wire is not connected to switch.

To remove defective power switch, pull to inside of board.
Tag
and
disconnect
wires.

Remove defective switch.
INSTALLATION:

Connect wiring, and remove tags on new power switch to
i n s t a l l .
Reinstall washers and bezel nut.
Adjust for proper
positioning of power switch.
Reinstall
front
cover
panel
and
secure
with
screws.

Turn clips 90° to secure glass surface.
