Loosen thumbscrew on side of encoder housing. Slide encoder housing off
mounting bar.
b . Turn thumbscrew to move mounting assembly away from paper disk.

Remove a n y r e m a i n i n g a d h e s i v e w i t h a l c o h o l a n d a b r u s h .

Spread t h r e e o r f o u r d r o p s o f r u b b e r a d h e s i v e a l o n g e d g e o f p a p e r d i s k .

f. Reinstall new disk on planimeter surface. Press down firmly.
Trim excess paper from edges with knife. Remove any excess adhesive

f r o m edges.
h. Slide encoder housing onto mounting bar. Tighten thumbscrew.
