all labeling and lettering operations. Character set is
automatically set whenever plotter is initialized.
NOTE
Plotter, when initialized, automatically speci-
f i e s ANSI-ASCII character set (set ) as both
"standard" and "alternate" sets. The p c l r
s t a t e m e n t , however, designates 9825 character
s e t (set 1) as standard set and set as alter-
nate set.
Following keys are used to switch from
standard character set to alternate set and back:
S e l e c t standard set = SHIFT F2
Select alternate set = SHIFT F3
Shown below are characters contained in set .
These characters correspond to those on computer

right) of decimal-equivalent value of their ASCII
codes (32-126).
