Turn power off to cable. Disconnect from
power source.

Disconnect ground lug from grounding rod.

Clean lug, cable end, and rod with wire brush.

Reconnect grounding cable lug to rod.

Disconnect grounding cable end from entry panel.

Clean terminal and cable end with wire brush.
g
Reconnect grounding cable to entry panel.

Reconnect cable to power source. Turn power on.
