FSCM (Column (3)).
The Federal Supply Code for Manufacturer (FSCM) is
a 5 - d i g i t n u m e r i c c o d e w h i c h i s u s e d t o i d e n t i f y t h e m a n u f a c t u r e r , d i s t r i b u t o r,
or Government agency, etc., that supplies the item.
