SCOPE.
This RPSTL lists and authorizes spares and repair parts; special
tools; special test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE); and other
s p e c i a l s u p p o r t e q u i p m e n t r e q u i r e d f o r p e r f o r m a n c e o f o r g a n i z a t i o n a l , d i r e c t s u p p o r t ,
g e n e r a l s u p p o r t a n d d e p o t m a i n t e n a n c e o f t h e S t o r a g e a n d D i s t r i b u t i o n S e c t i o n . It
a u t h o r i z e s t h e r e q u i s i t i o n i n g , i s s u e , a n d d i s p o s i t i o n o f s p a r e s , r e p a i r p a r t s a nd
