Install upper swivel lever (1).
Install spring rod guide (2) and adjusting screw (3).
Guide spring rod (4) through adjusting screw (3). Install one washer (5), sleeve (6),
spring (7), second washer (8), and hex nut (9). Hand tighten hex nut to allow spring
rod threaded end to be exposed about one-half inch.
Screw spring rod (4) into rod head (10) mounted on the back side of swivel lever (1).
Tighten hex nut (9) against rod head (10) to lock spring rod (4) in place.
Install shims (11) and lower swivel (12).
Install washer (13) and retaining ring (14).
Assemble spring rod (15), spring (16), washer (17), sleeve (18), and rod guide (19)
and install on swivel lever (12) and engaging lever (20).
Install washer (21) and retaining ring (22).
Install and adjust adjusting screw (23).
Install hex nut (24) and tighten it against adjusting screw (23) to lock in place.
