NOTE
If a factory-original roller was removed by cutting (paragraph a above), the
shaft referred to in the following step is one of the sawed ends remaining in
place when the roller is removed.
Remove retaining ring (1) and shaft (2).
Remove three hex-head screws (3) and washers (4).
Remove flange (5), bushing (6), and two seals (7).
On D/S of press, remove spring tension pin (8), castellated nut (9), two collars (10),
and spacer (11).
Remove three socket-head screws (12), two washers (13), and bearing housing (14).
Remove two roller bearings (15) and gear (16).
Remove three small bearings (17), roll pin (18), and solid pin

19) from shaft (20).
If a factory-original roller was removed by cutting (paragraph a above), the
shaft referred to in the following step is one of the sawed ends remaining in
place when the roller is removed.
Remove shaft (20).
Remove three screws (21) and washers (22).
Remove flange (23), bushing (24), and two seals (25).
NOTE
If original equipment roller was removed from press as in paragraph a above,
save two small bearings (17) for installation on new shaft.
