Tag and disconnect vacuum
rear vacuum pump is to be
Remove mounting bolts for
pump from inside housing.
hoses from vacuum pumps.
NOTE
replaced, the front pump must be removed
vacuum pump(s) and remove defective vacuum
Remove electrical cover plate.
Tag and disconnect wires from defective vacuum pump.
Reconnect wires to new vacuum pump.
Reinstall cover plate over electrical connections.
Insert new vacuum pump into flip-top platemaker housing.
Reinstall mounting bolts for vacuum pump(s).
Reconnect vacuum hoses to vacuum pump(s).
Reinstall lower cabinet panel.
Turn on power panel circuit breaker.
