Check water level in tank.
Replace water level gage (paragraph 5-20.4).

WATER IS NOT AT CORRECT TEMPERATURE.
Step 1.
Check for the presence of 208 V ac at immersion heater input.
a.
If voltage is not present, proceed to step 2.
b.
If voltage is present, replace the immersion heater (paragraph 5-20.5).
Step 2.
Check for the presence of 208 V ac at input to magnetic contactor.
If voltage is present, replace the magnetic contactor (paragraph 5-20.6).
