Remove cotter pin and pins from center latch arm assembly.
c.
Move latch rods out of way.
d.
Punch roll pin from center latch arm assembly and pull latch arm assembly from shaft.
e.
Withdraw latch and defective door handle.
f.
Inspect components for wear.
g.
Replace worn O-ring washer and sleeve.
h.
Replace other worn components as needed.
i.
Reinstall shaft and new door handle.
j.
Aline center latch arm assembly on shaft. Secure with new roll pin.
k.
Aline latch rods. Attach to latch arm with pins, washers, and new cotter pin.
l
Reinstall new inside handle.
m.
Lightly oil all moving parts. Wipe up surplus oil.
